We accept exchanges on unaltered and unused items that are in the same condition as when you received them. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that we do not accept returns. Exchanges must be requested within 7 business days from delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
